  I contacted them on a Wednesday morning to come out and run a CAT5 cable. They said they would be by that afternoon. I finally texted them around 5 and they said it would be Friday before they could get to me. Friday came and never heard anything until I called them at 4:30. They said they were backed up due to the bad weather. So I asked when they could realistically get to me? The man said Monday morning 10am. Monday came and finally at 2pm I called and told them not to worry about it, I would find someone else. I never got a call or anything. A man is only as good as his word and this company failed to live up to theirs. Even if they had problems they could have called and advised that it would be a later time. My time is worth money as well and for me to sit around waiting on them is wasting my time and money. My advice is don't waste yours on this company.
